This is a rare 1920 Morris Oxford Bullnose with with very few miles
driven since she was restored. This is a stunning original car in
outstanding condition and she is looking for a new home. Finished
in Gray with a Gray leather interior, this car is exceptional and
worthy of a look by any collector or enthusiast.
This 1920 Morris Oxford Bullnose is powered by its 1,548 cc (94.5
cu in) 11.9 hp motor which is coupled to her 3 Speed Manual
transmission. In the 50's the Morris was completely restored with a
rebuild of the engine, gearbox, and rear axle, and re-wooding and
panel repairs to the body. A new hood, upholstery and the final
paint job was also done at this time. All efforts were made to
reuse the original parts and materials where possible. The
upholstery was completely replaced with a material of German origin
which closely resembles the original in color and texture. It is
pleated and buttoned.
During the rebuilt the dashboard was veneered in maple. This 1920
Morris Oxford Bullnose comes with many spare original parts and
user manuals, (see list below). To the best of our knowledge the
1920 Morris has always been stored inside a garage. It is in great
condition for its age. Dickie seat in the rear also button leather,
AKA truck/boot. This car was build in the UK, shipped as a knock
down kit to New Zealand, after a life in New Zealand the car was
shipped to Scotland then traveled to Canada. One 1 of 6 known cars
exactly like this exists in the world. Rims are metal. So many nice
things about this car that is has to be seen to be appreciated.
