1972 JAGUAR XKE 2+2 SERIESIII V12 A/T E Type Coupe that runs and
drives well. Not perfect but very good for a 45 year old car that
is mostly original. Car has been painted many years ago but remains
in primarily original condition. The pictures should speak for
themselves, if you're reading this ad you likely know at least a
little bit about these cars. I have owned the car for about 4
years. Needs a little work (like almost all old cars) but not much.
Small rust through area near lower rocker area beneath battery
area. Not noticeable unless you look underneath car. It runs rough
until it's fully warm and then seems to run very well. I'm sure it
could benefit from carb work and a tune-up but I just warm it up
before I drive it. The more I drive it, the better it runs. Strong
running car. Cam cover gaskets leak oil a bit, not terrible, but
certainly noticeable. Other minor leaks as well but such is life
with old British cars. Newly rebuilt alternator and new voltage
regulator - charging system is now in top shape. Tires have less
than 500 miles on them and I just serviced it (changed oil, lubed
chassis, checked & topped fluids) -Vehicle is on consignment and at
