1972 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. 44,000 miles on the odometer,
true mileage unknown. This car is an older restomod that shows like
a survivor on the outside with performance upgrades underneath. 370
HP GM Performance ZZ4 350 with aluminum heads, aluminum intake,
Holley 870, Hooker headers. Transmission rebuilt TH400 with B&M
2500 stall converter. Motor and transmission have only a few
thousand miles. Brakes in excellent condition with the recent
addition of a Wilwood booster and new brake lines. Suspension has
been upgraded to the VBP composite system. A/C works, but like all
Corvettes of this time period, it blows cold but not strong.
Ontario Orange respray from 2002 shows some chips and some fading
but polishes up very nicely and gets lots of honks and waves around
town. The body gaps are good and the doors open and close nicely.
The chrome looks great and there is plenty of it on these '72s.
This is the last year of the chrome front bumper and the last year
of the removable rear window. Black interior is in good condition
with some minor imperfections here and there. Door panels
non-original from a Deluxe interior Corvette. Starts, runs, drives,
and stops like it should. It is primitive and brutal. It will boil
the tires all the way down the block. Vintage looks with updated
performance. Tops off, back window out, and head for the beach. If
you like to see people smile and wave when you drive by, if you
like to talk cars with other car people, if you like to be in the
occasional parade or car show or swap meet, this IS for you.
Reliable, fast, and so retro cool. Drive it as is or turn it into a
show car. Please Note The Following **Vehicle Location is at our
