This very rare 1969 Buick GS400 Stage1 was purchased from our
painters Father. He bought it from the widow of a longtime friend
who recently passed away. He was a longtime owner who restored the
car back in the mid-1990's. Garaged and seldom driven ever
since.
The body is extremely straight, solid & clean and appears to be
100% original with no rust or bondo present. It was repainted in
''BURGUNDY POLY MIST'' in base/clear and is without a doubt show
quality beautiful! We just cut, buffed & ceramic coated it to
protect the shine for a long time. All the weather stripping was
replaced and the chrome & trim are in like new condition. The custom
tweed interior was very tastefully done using factory bucket seats
while everything else is in like new condition including the door
panels, headliner, carpets and dash
Power comes from a stout 455 c.i. engine that we were told was
recently and professionally rebuilt. All I know for sure is that
this engine sounds awesome and runs extremely strong! It is backed
by a tight shifting and also recently rebuilt super T-10 4 speed
transmission with original Hurst shifter and the original 10 bolt
posi traction rear with 3:64 gears.
Believe me all this makes for a super strong running Buick !!
Other features include Ram Air, Power Steering, Dual Exhaust, CD
Stereo, 15'' American Racing Torq Thrust D wheels with radial tires
and lots more !!
This is a very rare Buick which only ''415'' 4 SPEED GS400 STAGE 1
Buick Skylarks were ever built and are sure only a few still exist
in the world today.
This car will not disappoint, it runs, drives, rides every bit as
nice as it looks ! DON'T MISS IT !
