This is the Spitzer Indy Boat-Tail Roadster built by Mike Spitzer
and his team at Spitzer Concepts in Indianapolis. Mike is a well
known race car and custom car builder. He and Thom Taylor designed
the car. It was featured in the December 2006 issue of Street
Rodder magazine. It was displayed at SEMA and won a prestigious
Coddington Pro's Pick award at the 2006 Columbus Goodguy's event.
It has an all carbon fiber body built in-house by Spitzer's
composite experts. It is just a very well executed build! Some of
the features are a custom built Spitzer chassis, tubular front axle
with a 5' drop, Winters quick-change center section, Rocker-arm IRS
by Spitzer Concepts, Wilwood front and rear disc brakes, rack and
pinion steering, 350/330HP Chevy engine, TH-350 transmission with
Lokar shifter, Chrome moly driveshaft, complete custom made
stainless steel exhaust system, custom PPG Diamond Black/Cream
Cycle paint, seat insert and door panels by Spitzer Concepts,
custom leather interior by Larry Sneed, Classic Instruments gauge
set and custom aluminum wheels and another complete set of Crager
SS wheels and tires. It also comes with the complete set of the
original Spitzer Concepts body molds for the Carbon Fiber body
