LaSalle Convertible. Cadillac's "junior marque," LaSalle, entered
1939 with freshened styling, including a new tall and narrow grille
flanked by small side units, with additional ventilation panels on
the sides of the hood. Running boards were now an optional feature,
while the mechanical specifications were improved by a redesigned
radiator core and suspension. The cars looked lighter and sportier
and have gone down in history as one of the prettiest LaSalles.
This particular LaSalle is finished in a lovely green with a tan
top and interior. It has less than 100 miles on the restoration. It
is powered by its original 322 Cu.in. L-head V8 and 3 speed manual
