The current owner bought this 1946 Jeep CJ2A new. A few things were
kept original. It is one of a kind. In 2010 he took it off the
road, took the 350 out, and bought a new 350 4 bolt main and ripped
it down. Every nut, bolt, gasket and more... and was built by a
Chevy master mechanic of 38 years. Everything was done from the
heads, lifters, cam, new transfer case, rear end, 411 gears, way
too much to list all of the work done. Over $20,000 between
2010-2014 had been invested and another $15,000 between 2015-2018.
There has been top of the line parts put in it over the years.
Money was no issue when it came to building this Jeep. Once you see
it, you will know it's a one of a kind. It was set up to race
eighth mile or quarter mile, dunes or track but it still has never
been raced. It is street legal. For the past 40 years it has never
been driven in the snow or rain. This Jeep is over 70 years old.
You will never find another one like it! Please Note The Following
