Now featuring in our Detroit Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars is
this 1981 Dodge Mirada. The Mirada was made among the Dodge lineup
between the years 1980 to 1983, which most would consider a pretty
short term. Despite the fact that it was a full mass-produced
vehicle, the short term points toward the number of these cars
being left intact dwindling as days go by. The Mirada was marketed
as a mid-sized "sporty luxury vehicle" back in its day and it's
easy to see why the signs point toward this being true by its
performance and options. Under the hood of this 80's Mopar lies a
318 cubic inch small block V8 also known as the LA block which was
widely used in Dodge and Chrysler products since the 60's replacing
the Poly engine family. The 318 is bolted up to a A904 3-speed
automatic transmission which came as a lighter duty variant of the
727 auto but still part of the Torqueflight transmission family.
The Mirada is equipped with power steering, power brakes, tilt
wheel, AM/FM radio with cassette, and air conditioning showing that
this little car was a step above the rest back in its day. Don't
miss your chance to own this piece of Mopar history that is sure to
only climb in value! This 1981 Dodge Mirada is available at our
Detroit Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at
www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD
