Gateway Classic Cars is offering this 1974 Chevrolet 454 Stingray
Corvette Coupe at our Dallas showroom. The 1974 model year for the
Stingray included multiple advancements in safety and driver
comfort due to the tightening federal safety standards and
customers searching for more comfort-oriented sports cars. Gone
were the split chrome bumpers, replaced with polyurethane covers to
hide the aluminum impact bar and Omark brackets. This upgrade in
safety and styling was embraced by Corvette enthusiasts who agreed
that it gave this era of Corvette a more modern look. This sleek,
Period Correct Brown C3 is equipped with the numbers matching
rebuilt 454 CID LS4 V8 engine, still sporting the original smog
pump and emissions equipment, mated to the original rebuilt 4 speed
manual transmission with Hurst Shifter, and posi-traction rear end.
This well kept car has been updated with the drive-train rebuild,
as well as a new brown paint job that shows very well. Look inside
to find the newly redone the camel and brown vinyl interior and
you'll notice the seats, and carpet have been updated. Hop in this
beauty and relax, as the buckets envelop you and your passenger.
This is one comfortable sports car, all it needs is you behind the
wheel! Equipped with T-Tops, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Super
