This pickup is a ONE Family owned truck from new, bought in Oklahoma and brought to North Texas, where it has lived it's entire life. - between the clean look and the originality, this is a fun ride! This truck has undergone a full restoration, taking the body down to the bare metal, professionally fixing the typical C10 rust, and back up the trophy-winning truck it is today. Restoration book included with the sale. Under the hood of this classic 50+ year-old truck is the original rebuilt 307 CID V8 engine putting out reliable power. Topping the engine is a new Vintage AC unit, adding cold air to the cabin. Sending that V8 power to the rear end is the original column shifted 3-speed manual transmission that shifts crisply through the gears. When it comes time to stop this truck, the driver will appreciate the power brakes and power steering. Moving outward, the truck maintains the look with original styling. The body is finished in an olive-green paint that is in showroom condition. The chrome bumpers and appropriate trim are in great condition also. Supporting each corner of this large truck are steel wheels paint matched with dog dish hubcaps. The bed is covered by a paint matched rhino liner cover that is in like-new condition. Wrapped around those wheels are a set of Goodyear Wrangler radial tires with white lettering and good tread life left in them. Upon entering the vehicle, the driver will notice the two-tone green finish. The bench seat is finished in dark green cloth and vinyl and is in new condition.
