For Sale: 1990 Chrysler TC by Maserati in O'Fallon, Illinois

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to present this 1990 Chrysler TC Turbo II I4 by Maserati at our Milwaukee location. Based on the K-platform, the Italian "Q" platform was developed as a joint venture between Chrysler and Maserati. Between 1989 and 1991 there were 7,300 units manufactured in Milan Italy. All were produced as a 2-door hard top convertible. Three different engine variations were available including a 2.2 four-cylinder turbo and a 3.0 V-6. Transmissions included automatic and manual options with the latter being much rarer with only 500 units produced. The 2.2 16 valve- engine was specially developed for Maserati in England. The engine consists of a custom- made block, upgraded crank shaft and rods with a Japanese Turbo equipped on the Turbo II I4 models. The struts and shocks were also specially designed for this vehicle. Our 1990 Chrysler TC Turbo II I4 by Maserati is a pretty rare car considering the combination of its 2.2 16 valve DOHC turbo engine and manual 5-speed Getrag 284 transmission. The engine was rebuilt about 200 miles ago. Painted in glossy black with matching Italian hand-stitched leather interior which was a new color combination in 1990. Special features include a body colored hard metal panel parade boot and stainless -steel door jambs and sill plates. The hard- top sports round opera windows giving this TC a glamourous appearance. Standard equipment includes such options as an Infinity 10 speaker AM/FM cassette stereo, power windows, power locks, 6-way power seats, cruise control, air-conditioning, cloth soft top and tilt steering wheel. Other convenience features include power steering and power anti-lock brakes.
