Posting Updated 9/18/2020 - see note below
OK, this is the last update to ClassicCars.com I’ll keep the post active for one week then delete.
I’ve had a few, “I’m going to buy the car sight unseen” that haven’t resulted in a final sale.
So here it is, clean title, car is tagged and driving in Mississippi!
You are looking at a rare, restored to original condition 57 Nomad!
I purchased this car from a private owner selling off his collection. Here’s what he had to say about the car:
“We took this car in on a trade and the previous owner told us he spent over $50 Grand on the restoration and it shows! She has a brand new base coat clear coat Matador Red paint over a rust free, straight body. All new weather stripping etc. Her 283 motor was pulled and renewed. Over $10k in chrome. The interior was replaced and stunning! She runs and drives like a 1957 Nomad should, with no known issues.”
This is a beautiful car and you’ll be hard pressed to find one anywhere in the US in this condition at this price.
I’m asking $52,500 OBO in cash, certified bank check or wire transfer to my account.
Update 9/182020: I had the car “sold” a few times, but the deals fell through when the buyer was unable to secure funding or never heard from them again.
I’m less motivated to sell than I was earlier, have decided to not fund a new project and the price is $52,500 OB cash offer.
Please save us all some time, if you don’t have the cash, please do not respond. All good!
The car may be seen in Madison MS. I can FaceTime or send you a video so you can get a good look at the car. I will also work with your auto transport carrier to ship it to you.
Please fill out the contact seller box with any questions. Rick
