the cleanest black Corvettes ever to roll into the showroom! This
beautiful little classic had been in storage from 1973 to 1995 and
found with its numbers matching engine, transmission and rear end!
The original 327 CID v8 was rebuilt at Austin Speed Shop, 4 speed
manual trans and 3.08 rear end were rebuilt by Corvette Restoration
in Indiana. Suspension and brakes were all replaced and renewed by
Corvette & Classics. Hot Rods, Etc. was in charge of all paint and
body work. This beautiful restored Vette has under 1,000 miles
since the entire rebuild! An extensive restoration was only fitting
for such a rare vehicle. According to an article in Super Chevy
Magazine (98) there was only an estimated 6 cars built in St. Louis
in 1964 with this Black and Silver color Combination! Corvette fans
everywhere are fans of the iconic 64 model year and have already
drooled over this specific car's condition and rarity. After its
restoration it was taken to a NCRS meet at Cypress Gardens where it
scored 98.8/100 possible points, truly showing its high attention
to detail and quality. Some options on this little beauty include
AM-FM radio, AC (Old Aire System), and Power steering. The canvas
convertible top is in outstanding shape and soft to the touch, it
easily goes down and the car looks just as classy with open air.
The interior is a wonderful place to be with new carpet, vinyl door
