family owned 1973 Jensen Interceptor Mark III. This is a numbers
matching, low-mileage car, with many service records - to verify
the miles of 20,127. When the torch was passed - this car was
treated from 2009-2011 to a partial restoration including paint,
engine and trans rebuilding, and a lot of detailing! This car shows
better than new!! The Jensen Interceptor is a hand built car from a
small town in England. Jensen Motors utilized Chrysler V-8's with
the base being the 383 Big Block- this fine example is powered by
the 440, rated at 280-hp, mated to a 727-TorqueFlite automatic
transmission, and a limited slip differential in a conventional
Salisbury rear end. This fine example has 4-wheel power disc
brakes, and vintage a/c. This car has some unique history, all
service records, some early photos, and documentation - cars like
this rarely come available. GCC would classify the Burgundy paint
work on this car to be show quality - and would make anyone proud
to show off! The trim, emblems, and bumpers are all in very good
condition, and shows the care they have been exposed too! Take a
look under her bonnet - and you'll find the same level of detail -
down to the color coordinated air cleaner and valve covers - nice
and clean! The Black vinyl 4-pass interior looks like new - and
