Vehicle Description
1965 Barracuda. Purchased this vehicle last year. The engine is a
360 with with Comp Cams 268H grind, kit number 20-212-2 (Cam,
Sprocket, Timing Chain, Valve Springs, Lifters, Pushrods, Valve
Seals) installed during rebuild. Motor has aluminum intake,
edelbrock carb, and full length headers. Engine electronics are all
new, as well as the radiator, and the fuel system from tank to
carburetor. The transmission is a 904 with stage II shift kit
installed during build. The trans leaked at the pan when I got it,
but I had that fixed. The shifter is a B & M and is difficult to
get into reverse and park. There is less than 1000 miles on the
rebuild of motor and trans. Car has disc brakes in the front and
drum in the rear. Brake hoses are new and brake lines to rears are
new as well. Front shocks are new. All four tires are also new.
Rear end has been upgrade to an 8.25. The exterior sports recent
paint work with the color being Crimson Metallic Red. There is some
bubbling in the paint on the rf fender and rf door at bottom.
Windows go up and down. The driver's side is stiff but works. Door
mirror is new, window trim is new, drip rail trim is in very good
shape. The rest of the exterior bright work is original and could
use chroming. One of the trunk hinges trim is broken. The front
bumper has been deleted and valance customized using sheet metal
instead of fiberglass. Interior is in very good shape with seats
being recovered with new foam last year. The high back bucket seats
were donated from a '70 mustang but recovered to resemble Barracuda
pattern. Headliner is intact with no rips or holes. Carpet is in
very good condition. Has new steering box and tie rod sleeves. Has
new pioneer cd player that is smartphone compatible, but not hooked
up. Speedometer is aftermarket, actual mileage on chassis is
unknown. Please Note The Following **Vehicle Location is at our
