1969 Chevy c10 setting on a 2005 Chevy 1 ton duramax frame. It is
titled as a 1969 c10. I did the entire build on this truck , the
donor pickup was a 2005 Chevy 1 ton Dually that had the front clip
and cab damaged, no damage to the frame. I removed everything down
to the frame painted everything move the rear axle forward 7" to
get the wheel base correct for the 69. The body then was set down
onto that frame , built custom cab mounts and build a core support
that would hold all the factory 05 radiator ,condenser and inter
cooler , all the wire ring was left intact, factory cluster was
used along with the steering column so that the cruise control and
abs would still function. The body has had all the rust removed ,
new rockers, cab corners 100% rust free. The box is a regular long
box with step side fenders made to fit and are bolted on , they
look like they came from the factory. The interior is all new tmi
industries seats ,door panels and dash The 05 rear view mirror was
used and still has the compass in it , also all the 05 push button
4x4 , headlight switch , has vintage a/c, stereo with amp and 10"
subs ,cruise, tilt wheel everything a new truck has. The engine has
a bigger turbo , pipe manifolds and up pipe EFI LIVE tuning. Stock
trans B&W gooseneck ball and air bags in the rear fully set up
to tow anything you hook on to it 22" semi wheels have over a 1000
hours in this truck it is very well done and thought out. Please
