Full Description This 1963 Ford F-100 is a short-wheelbase pickup that is powered by a 292ci V8 paired with a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission. Work performed under previous ownership included a repaint in Holly Green, replacement seat upholstery, and the addition of auxiliary gauges. In preparation for the sale, the truck reportedly received a carburetor rebuild, an oil change, and a brake service. The early fourth-generation F-Series employed an integrated pickup' body design featuring a one piece body that simplified the production process and reduced manufacturing costs. Ford returned to a two-piece cab-and-box body midway through the 1963 model year. This example has been refinished in its factory shade of Holly Green (L) with a white grille and bumpers. Wood stakes run the length of the bed, and are able to be mounted and uninstalled. White-painted 15? steel wheels are fitted with factory wheel covers and a set of Gillette whitewall tires. Inside, the bench seat has been refinished in saddle brown vinyl, and additions include a tachometer and auxiliary gauges for water temperature, amperage, and oil pressure. A factory heater resides in the passenger-side footwell, and the fuel tank mounted behind the bench seat is a newer replacement. The five-digit odometer reads approximately 97k miles, though true mileage is unknown. Power is supplied by a C-code 292ci V8 that is paired with a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission and a 3.89:1 rear end. .
