Cruise-O Matic MX automatic transmission. 1961-1963 was the 3rd
generation Ford Thunderbird. The Thunderbird departed from the
performance market starting in the late 50s and was transformed
into a signature luxury vehicle. The 1963 Thunderbird represented
the last year of the third generation of the car and features some
changes including AM Radio and vacuum assisted door locks. This car
