1969 Mercury Marquis Brougham
This has to be one of the nicest full size 1969 Mercury's on the planet. Just purchased from the 82-year-old husband and wife who bought it brand new. Only 24,xxx actual miles. All original factory code C, Dark Ivy Green Metallic paint.
This car is a completely unrestored survivor. Everything is absolutely as the day it was built. All of the gauges work properly. All of the lights work. The radio and original 8 track player work. remote mirror and power locks. The interior is like brand new with no rips or tears.
Equipped with the 429 motor with 2 barrel carb. This Merc runs and drives excellent. The engine still has original factory chalk marks on the firewall! All kinds of original documentation. The car is even still on the original 1969 Maryland title!
This car would be a great tour car or an excellent candidate for the AACAs HPOF Judging category. Heck it may even be a good candidate for junior and senior judging. More pictures available upon request.
