1956 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL MARK II The Continental Mark II is a
personal luxury car that was produced by the newly created
Continental Division of the Ford Motor Company, in 1956 and 1957.
An attempt to build a post-World War II car to rival the greatest
of the pre-War era, or anything produced in Europe, it is regarded
as a rare and elegant classic. Mechanical Unmolested, very original
car. The car has been in storage for years and it's in good/very
good condition. Acquired from the second owner. Engine turns
freely. Lights & blowers work. Full set of original hubcaps, tool
kit (bumper jack) are included. Tires are like new. Mileage
believed to be true 55,175 on odometer. Aftermarket air
conditioning, period correct. Car still needs to be gone through to
make road ready. Engine turns freely, has not been started.
Lubricated & turned over by hand. New plugs, points, condenser,
rotor, newer wires. This car is not running and it will need to be
gone through thoroughly. It has been in storage for years so do not
expect to just jump in and drive away but with some TLC you will
have a nice driver or restore it the way you'd like. Exterior The
exterior is in very good shape. All glass is good, trim pieces are
all there. Original color is starmist white. It is a good clean
original car besides the paint. Lower trim and air cleaner are
included as well. Interior Windows work except drivers rear. Seat
works, solid floors, excellent headliner, nice leather. Please Note
