944. With a very peppy 2.5L inline 4-cylinder paired with a 5-speed
manual transmission, the 944 broke the mold of what Porsche has
always been with less cylinders, engine in the front, and
water-cooled! Take this classic for a spin and you'll still see why
Porsche took a chance. The 944 handles like its on rails, the gear
shifts are crisp and definitive, and the inline 4 sings a beautiful
song screaming up to redline. The black paint has aged well and
pops wonderfully with the gold lace-style wheels. The black cloth
and vinyl "Porsche" script seats hug you around corners and don't
look to be more than a day old! The bolsters show virtually no wear
and have plenty of cushion. In keeping up with the performance, the
shocks were recently replaced and the 944 rides like new all over
again. The radio was also upgraded to a newer unit. Options
