a five-year hiatus, Ford re-introduced its retro-futuristic 11th
generation (2002-2005) Ford Thunderbird according to the 1st
generation formula, as a two-seat coupe/convertible layout
reminiscent of the first-generation. This 11th generation
Thunderbird was built on the same sophisticated platform as the
Lincoln LS and Jaguar S-Type. The sole engine of the Thunderbird
was a Jaguar-designed 3.9 L DOHC V8 making 280 horsepower and 286
lb?ft of torque. The engine was mated to a smooth shifting 5-speed
automatic transmission. This particular 2005 Thunderbird has been
kept in beautiful condition. It only has a little over 10K miles
and looks like it drove off the showroom floor. The chromes wheels
look great with the Bronze paint. One of the most attractive
features about the 11th generation Thunderbird is the opera windows
in the hard-top giving it that classic look. The removeable hardtop
