Classic MG TD from 1951! Everyone loves these little cars. This particular car has been sympathetically restored as needed, and wears a nice looking classic British Green repaint with a beautiful tan interior. Everything works on the TD; the gauges, the lights, turn signals, horn, windshield wipers, the E-brake, etc.
The real wood grained dash that houses the gauges looks amazing, and just adds that classic vintage element to the MG.
The tan canvas top is in excellent condition as well, and is easily put up and down. The side curtains are excellent, and match the top exactly.
Pull the manual choke, hit the accelerator once or twice, turn the key, and pull the ignition knob and the rebuilt 1250cc 4 cylinder pops to life. Let it warm up a little, and you're ready to go!
This MG, drives down the road, very nicely, and is really a fun little car to drive.
The original style fabric covered wiring looks new, and those Jaeger gauges look clean and clear. The windshield glass in in very nice condition, the side curtains look as if thy have never been used. The storage compartment for the side curtains in the back is nicely upholstered as well.
If you like these little cars, and have considered ownership of one, this 1951 would make a nice addition to anyone's garage, and It doesn't take up much room!
Neat little car!
