997 F-350 Custom Truck
We have one tough truck here at Classic Vintage Exchange. The 1997 Ford F-350 was completely taken apart all the way to the frame and everything changed from top to bottom.
That is what makes this one such a terrific example of the new class of vintage trucks that are still ready to get the job done today. These F-350s were workhorses, so the few that you do find are often very far from condition they left the showroom, but this one is better than new.
To begin with, it has had a complete custom paint job in two-tone white and grey with custom front and rear bumpers and the frame sand blasted primed and painted. The Cab was taken completely apart and new front fenders, grill, cab lights were added. Then sound deadener was put back in cab before the interior went back in. It has a like new bed with single fuel door, sprayed bed liner on underside of cab & bed.
The inside is red and also great since this is a range-topping model it has so many options and features like air conditioning, cruise control, power windows, power door locks, and AM/FM stereo. The back seat is perfect for everything from carrying extra passengers to secured storage.
But the heart of this Ford is the much modified 7.3 diesel drivetrain. It has a KC Turbo KC300X 66MM with Boost Fooler, Irate Intake Plenums, New Bellowed Up Pipes, New Smith Bro Push Rods, New up graded comp valve springs, Full Force DSL Stage 3 205CC 30 over nozzles, Hydra Chip with Full Force house tunes, OBS HPX high pressure crossover kit, Irate Fuel System, New motor craft glow pugs, New valve cove gaskets and harness, New custom dual exhaust with MBRP stainless dual wall tips, and a New CX Racing intercooler.
Chassis wise it is also as modified with Delete dual tanks, new 38 Gallon fuel tank, New shocks, Non EBP turbo pedestal, New trailer hitch, New Adrenaline HPOP, and it rides on 20x10 Fuel wheels, 37x13.50x20 Toyo MT tires, and brakes safely with its 4-wheel Disc Brake Conversion kit.
