Gateway classic cars of Nashville is proud to digitally present
this 1967 Camaro. Muscle car war or pony car war, either one of
these terms brings to mind one of several cars like the little
Mustang or this real deal Muscle car! When asked just what a Camaro
is? a Chevrolet engineer answered, A vicious little animal that
eats Mustangs! Now years have past and those that chose a side in
the muscle car war have softened (not likely) and are as likely to
own a Chevy as a (Yuk) Ford. I can hear the Mopar crowd winding up
like the sound of their starters. Yes, we remember the Hemi. This
"solider" in the Pony Car war has the same stylish look but lots of
upgrades such as the Blue Print 383 stroker bolted under the hood.
Dyno'ed at 430 HP @ 6,000 and 454 FTlbs @only 3,400. Edlebrock
intake and Carb, Long tube headers and an H.E.I distributor add to
these numbers. To handle all this muscle is a Turbo Hydromatic 350
3 speed automatic that is controlled by a Hurst ratchet shifter and
a converter that stahls to 2,000 rpms. A 12-bolt rear axle housing
splits the power to the rear tires and is held firmly in place with
old school cool traction bars. All this up to date power all
wrapped up in old school cool like Rally stripes, rally rims and a
cowl induction hood. You could ( and I would ) drive this car
everyday or just show it off on the weekends but be careful, some
nickering Nag ( Mustang ) might ask to see your tail lights at any
stop light! Options for this 1967 Camaro include: AM/FM radio with
CD player, Spare tire and jack, Seat belts, Vinyl interior, Rally
rims and Posi traction. This 1967 Camaro can be seen in greater
