gaps and brightwork. Oldsmobile had some tough competition back
then with Chevy's new 1955 series, but Olds pulled it off well with
this one, with terrific detail. As the 1955 ad said, "Everything
about it says go ahead!" The 346 V8 is topped with an early design
4bbl, with cool Rocket script on the valve covers. An impressive
power steering setup makes life behind the wheel a lot easier. The
engine bay is very clean. The interior is a trio of colors and
materials, and is quite comforable. Oldsmobile sure made great
