Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1955 Chevrolet 150
for sale in our Indianapolis showroom. The Chevrolet 150 was
introduced for the 1953 model year and was meant to meet the needs
for buyers focused on fleet usage or affordability. Due to the
focus on fleet sales, little marketing was done on the car to
attract the average car buyer of the time. This Chevrolet 150 has a
350 cubic inch Chevrolet V8 powerplant mated to a Muncie 4 Speed
manual transmission. This body style in combination with the
swapped powerplant will be sure to give you the feel of what was
experienced by hotrodders in the 1950s when they got their hands on
these gorgeous cars off the lot. The Gray paint is said to be from
the 1980s Cadillac range of colors, and the black interior paired
with the exterior color make this car look super sleek while
rolling down the road. A new exhaust, Holley carb., and Craeger
wheels have been added to the vehicle recently. Other options
include an aftermarket AM/FM radio, a spare tire, jack, cloth
interior, radial tires, rally wheels, and a posi-traction rear end.
