Gateway classic cars of Nashville is proud to digitally present
this 1964 Ford Fairlane 500 Sports Coupe. This beautiful Sports
Coupe is painted a beautiful bright red with white top with
interior to match. This classic boulevard bruiser has body lines
that show that it means business and the color scheme makes it hard
to ignore. Tucked between the shock towers is the high reving 289
cubic inch small block Ford. These well sought after engines are
know the world over to produce bushels of horse power and with a
couple of bolt ons like the Headers and 4 barrel Holley(R)
carburetor that this car sports, can more than hold it's own
against bigger engines when push comes to shove. Backing this power
plant is a 4 speed manual transmission for pure driving fun. The
interior is red and white vinyl seats, buckets with center console
up front and of course a small bench in the back. According to the
internet, so it must be true, Ford only made about 600 examples of
the K code Fairlane sports coupe in 1964 and the 289 produced 271
Horsepower. With only about 600 ever made, one wonders how many are
still on the road terrorizing Imports? Options for this Rare 1964
Ford Fairlane 500 Sports Coupe include: AM/FM cassette player,
Radial tires and lots of fun. This 1964 Ford Fairlane 500 Sports
