Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to offer this 1966
Oldsmobile Delta 88 Convertible. The Oldsmobile 88 known from 1989
onwards as the Eighty Eight is a full-size car that was sold and
produced by Oldsmobile from 1949 until 1999. From 1950 to 1974 the
88 was the division's top-selling line, particularly the
entry-level models such as the 88 and Dynamic 88. The 88 series was
also an image leader for Oldsmobile. The Delta name in 1965 was an
upscale trim line of the Dynamic 88, the Dynamic 88 Delta,
replacing the previous top-series B-body Olds, the Super 88. With
the large, high performance V8, the Oldsmobile 88 is widely
considered to be the first muscle car, although this title is
disputed. This particular 88 had new bearings installed in the
engine in 2012, new aluminum radiator in 2015, and a repaint in
2012 and otherwise is a good example of an original. This one stops
and goes just fine. Options on this 1970 Oldsmobile Delta 88
include: AM radio, automatic convertible top, vinyl interior, seat
belts, and custom wheels with radial tires. This 1966 Oldsmobile
Delta 88 Convertible is for sale in our Atlanta Showroom and can be
