This 1970 Plymouth Superbird is a lifelong Texas car that was the recipient of a recent high-level restoration to factory condition by Restorations by Julius. Finished in its original shade of Lemon Twist Yellow over black vinyl interior, its powered by a 440ci V8 engine that has been stroked to 505ci and paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Produced only in 1970 for NASCAR homologation, this Superbird is one of an estimated 1,935total produced with less than half of those equipped from the factory with a 4-speed manual transmission. The current owner acquired the car approximately 3 years ago in project state, with the previous owner having purchased the car in 1980. Since completion of the restoration, this Superbird only has 20 miles and is now offered with a clean Texas title.
