smooth rush of power. An MSD Atomic fuel injection system and HEI
distributor supply the fuel and spark, respectively. Heat-wrapped
Tri-Y headers scavenge the exhaust from the aluminum heads, and
dump into the custom dual exhaust, which provides that muscle car
sound you're craving. A massive aluminum radiator with twin
thermostatically controlled fans helps keep things cool in the
potent 383. Nearly everything under hood is polished or chromed,
which really makes the engine bay look as good as the car goes!
Behind the 383 is a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission that is a
blast to row through the gears with. You'll be glad that you have
power brakes, with slotted and drilled discs at all 4 corners,
because you'll want to get back to legal speeds quickly when you've
forgotten that there are speed limits out there...This 1973 Camaro
sits on Goodyear Eagle F1 performance radials, which encircle the
massive Ridler aluminum wheels. Up front, you'll find 245/40ZR18's
and out back are some meaty 305/35ZR20's, which provide for both
excellent traction and that cool staggered look. Inside, the
vintage interior has received some tasteful functional upgrades.
Starting with a set of AutoMeter Carbon Fiber UltraLite gauges to
keep the driver informed, and leather wrapped Momo steering wheel
to enhance the driver's control, it's an awesome cockpit to be in
charge of. The black interior is fresh, including the carpet and
custom low-back synthetic leather seating. A custom and functional
full-length console is equipped with cupholders for all 4
occupants, which adds a nice touch. Vintage Air supplies year-round
passenger comfort and climate control, and a custom subwoofer
enclosure in the trunk enhances the sound put out by the stereo
