The vehicle has recently completed an extensive restoration which began in 2017 and was recently completed in 2020. Over $40,000 was spent in this process to bring it to its current condition. Work includes but is not limited to new paint, complete new interior, chrome work, and an extensive amount of both mechanical and electrical work was done to this car. New original 6.70-15 bias belt tires, new shock absorbers, and a new NCRS certified complete exhaust system plus numerous other parts ( too much to list) were also replaced in the process. The car was painted in Venetian Red which is an original factory color with beige coves. The interior has been redone in the factory red color with original upholstery materials provided by Al Knoch of Corvette fame. The car also includes the original Wonderbar Radio and a tachometer. The entire list of work done to this vehicle including parts is much too long to list here. However, it is included in a separate file and is available upon request. It is truly extensive.
The vehicle also includes service records, books, manuals, and a clean title. The speedometer shows approximately 92,000 miles which we believe is original. The vehicle runs and drives perfectly as it is driven regularly and sorted out. The car is in excellent condition and needs nothing. THIS IS NOT A TRAILER QUEEN!!!!!! It is a car you can drive and enjoy.
The car recently earned a 2nd place award at the Inaugural Las Vegas Concours D'elegance and a 2nd Flight Award at the National NCRS Convention in Las Vegas, NV. For reference both 1st Place winners in these events were specialty non-production Corvettes that were trailered to and from both events. Neither car hasn't touched a road since their restorations. My car was driven to and from both events. No trailers!
I have included a variety of pictures and driving videos with this Ad and am available to answer any questions you may have.
