1967 FORD RANCHERO 500XL Virginia car...SUPER rare Z code 390 BIG
BLOCK 1967 Ranchero with manual trans on floor all matching numbers
front to back and it runs and drives very nicely. I have the marti
report (pictured) and this is 1 of 17 cars with this special paint
code and 1 of 171 with a 390 and manual transmission. With this
'special' paint code and engine trans combination this car is
probably 1 of 1!!! Maybe 1 of 2.... Check it out for yourself on
the forums bc they would know for sure! So, more about the car...
all of the lights work, heat works, gas gauge works, it runs very
nicely, doesn't leak like a typical old car but there is very
little wetness, which I am sure is expected. The interior is very
clean, seats have no rips or wear, it has a factory center console
and, what appears to be, the original shifter but I am not sure of
that. The body/paint is straight and shiny but it is coming apart
here and there and is only presentable up close but from a distance
it looks great and shines very nicely but there are chips, nicks
and scratches expected from an old driver. It is straight but has
some bondo showing up here and there and there are some touchups as
well. Underneath has seen better days but it is solid with patches
here and there but doesn't look horrendous! It is a great driver
for now because it runs and drives awesome and looks decent from a
distance but someone will want to restore this rare car/truck
because you will have the ONLY ONE of it's type! Have a clean
Virginia title for this car. Please Note The Following **Vehicle
