At the 25th Anniversary of the introduction of the famed Chevrolet Camaro, the 4th generation was introduced to much acclaim. Showing marked improvement over the previous generation, the SS option became available in 1996 sporting a 305 HP 350 V8, upgraded suspension and a functional hood scoop. The 1997 Camaro SS Models are among the most collectable of the 4th generation series.
The car presented at auction is an exceptional, one owner, low mile car. The Bright Green exterior is enhanced by the beautiful beige leather interior and both show very well. The car has 36,500 original miles, the 350 V8 runs very strong, and the car sounds like a Camaro should! The car is optioned with the Hurst 6 speed transmission as well as other SS "goodies" and sits on new tires.
All glass and chrome is in excellent condition and the car has been given the TLC it is due. There are no disappointments in this car!
