SELDOM!! Almost never do we have the opportunity to offer such an
high integrity British Leyland product as this example.I have
traded MG cars for over four decades,one does not see them as
unmolested as this piece.Review the pictures posted,note the
original floorboards still coated in original factory sound
proofing,review the rocker panel shots and note ALL the drain holes
still intact and open.Review the body panel gaps and note how
factory perfect the lines are.Note the original spot wields from
factory still visible.This example is an anomaly!
We performed a compression check and ALL cylinders are exactly the
same-120 lbs! The spark plugs were white,that is how clean this
engine burns.The transmission was perfect,all synchros work
well,the transmission action was still tight and transmission is
quiet in each gear.
The body is not only razor straight but vault tight! Doors go thump
when closing,one run over the railroad tracks and there was not a
rattle.
The new leather covered seats are stuffed properly,door cards are
perfect,the carpets so clean one enters with trepidation from fear
of soiling the clean carpets.
Dash is perfect with no cracks or warping.
Gauges all still look new and function as designed.

Go ahead,save some money, buy an old tired loose MGB or find a
restored one that has been apart and put back together(if
lucky,done properly) or buy one of the
tightest,straightest,smoothest driving examples on the market.You
will never regret buying one of the best.
