In 1962 the corvette hp was increased from 283 to 327. Plus was the
last year for the conventional trunkand exposed headlights to name
a few. This 1962 Vette retained its original paint we had to make a
hard choice to either leave all original or repaint it. After a lot
of discussion due to sun damage and peeling of the lacquer paint
Boss said repaint! So we have had it completely stripped down to
bare fiberglass block sanded and repainted in a 2 stage Roman red
paint. Power is supplied by a period correct 327 small block. We
believe this was an original 340 hp car because it has the factory
high RPM tach intake manifold casting is 3975397 meaning 340 hp.
Frame suspension are in great condition. Chrome and bright work is
in excellent condition. This interior color is stunning seats
carpet door panels etc are in terrific condition. To top off this
gorgeous roadster is a beautiful white convertible top that goes
well with the white walls. A dream to enjoy drive and great
investment Corvette. For more info and pictures please contact us
